Titan™ Laser
The new Titan™ laser offers an effective, non-invasive way to treat loose skin. The laser works on the same principle as collagen injections - that having more collagen can tighten areas with loose skin and reduce the appearance of wrinkles. The device uses a safe infrared light to heat the dermis, while the outer layer of skin is protected by the Titan’s special cooling mechanism.

Fraxel™ Laser
The Fraxel™ Laser is a new treatment that has been developed to treat finelines, wrinkles, acne scars, hyperpigmentation, melasma, and sun damage. The Fraxel™ Laser works in much the same way as laser skin resurfacing and offers similar results, but the difference is that because of a fractional approach, Fraxel™ Laser treatment results in no downtime, few side effects, and very little discomfort.

Harry Mittelman, M.D., is a Board Certified Facial Plastic Surgeon who has been practicing in the peninsula area for over two decades. He is the only surgeon in the area who specializes exclusively in facial cosmetic surgery and body liposuction. As a result, Dr. Mittelman has become one of the most experienced providers of facial cosmetic surgery available. He has taught facial cosmetic surgery as a member of the Stanford clinical faculty for over twenty years, and was among the first to perform body liposuction in Northern California.
